Shipping Info: Efficient Space ships via Australia Post and via our distributer Wordandsound in Hamburg, Germany.

Orders are shipped within 3 working days, the delivery time will be dictated by your location and the shipping location.

Please check the shipping date / release date on your purchase as you may be purchasing a pre-order due for release up to a month in advance.

If your item needs to be re-shipped due to incorrect address you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Depending on where you live you may incur a Customs Duty or import VAT for goods sent from abroad. We will avoid this where possible. We are not responsible for any additional fees.
Return Policy: We have an exchange only return policy.

If your item/s arrive damaged
We do our best to ship our records using purpose made record mailers. Please provide a description including a photo. We understand that mail handlers can be rough / packages are left in the sun and and records do arrive bent from time to time.

If your item is faulty
We try our best to ensure our records of a high quality however some issues are unavoidable on our end. Please email us and tell us about the fault so it can be resolved.
